FORMAT:
This is a SCORE meet. Each team receives a map that contains ALL the control points. Each control has a point value - harder to find, and more distant controls have higher point values. The time limit for the race is 60 minutes. The team that finds controls with the highest total point value within the time limit is the winner. Penalty points will be deducted if you exceed the 60 mins.
There will be individual starts - each team will use an 'SI-card' to record their start time.
AGE CLASSES:
M&F: 11-12 & youger, 13-14, 15-16, 17-19
Age Class is determined by the student's age as of Dec 31 2019.
Individual (1st, 2nd, 3rd) awards for each age class. Students can participate as a single, or as a team of 2 or 3. Teams must stay together during the race.
LOCATION:
Serena Gundy Park - part of the Sunnybrook Parks
TIMES:
On-site distribution of maps starts at 9:30. First start at 10:00. Awards at 1 pm.

COST:
$7 per student.
WAIVER:
There is a (link to) waiver form below. If your board allows you to use this form, please have each student sign one and bring them with you on race day. Alternatively, you can provide your own board-approved form.

Disembark at the south end of the parking lot, and cross the footbridge. Follow the orange ribbons to the Start/Registration area. |
